Visited Chaaye Khana on MM Alam Road recently and had a great experience. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, the staff was polite and attentive, and the seating area was comfortable and welcoming. Definitely a nice spot to start the day!

We ordered their Mushroom Beef Steak, Nutella Cake (I believe it was this), and some drinks. The taste was really good. I ordered medium, and it was cooked medium - spot on. It was juicy and flavorful, and I loved the mashed potatoes with gravy. Overall, I would say this was one of the best steaks I’ve had (9/10 for rating). The only downside was the portion size. For around 2200+, it felt a bit on the smaller side, but the taste definitely compensated for that. The cake was also good. Overall, everything was decent and I loved it. As for the place itself, it was very good. The ambiance was nice and quite decent for discussions or meetings. We went there for a meeting, sat for about an hour and a half, and it was perfect. Overall, I highly recommend this place both for the food and as a good spot to meet.

Yesterday I went to chai khana at mm alam road for my breakfast again, after a long arduous drive before an even longer sleepless night. But the cozy sun lit environment there, and the very warm customer service, it made me forget about all my daily worries. It's got great food too, as you can expect. The place is very close to my heart, n honestly i don't wanna recommend it to many others or they'll ruin it. Lol. But if you wanna try it out, it's got great vibes all in all.

Well the service was good. The chai was nice and pizza was I would say a 7.5/10. There's one weird thing, when you pay by card , they ask to add tip for 3% to 20 % or custom tip on the machine. That's a new for Pakistan and with the waiter Bhai standing next to me it was a bit stressful.
